Thank you for delivering the arrangement as requested. The arrangement was very pretty. I had wanted more purple in the arrangement especially the hydrangea to add color to the arrangement, and it is a symbol of good luck. Thank you for doing your best. Judy Haberer

I made the mistake of ordering from another florist. Never again, huge mess and ended up canceling. Ordered from Jordan around 6 pm and asked for an early morning delivery for a retirement. Of course they came through and saved the day! Beautiful arrangement! Thank you for your amazing service. T Riggs

The flowers are beautiful. Just like the photo. The delivery was a mess. In my special instructions I said the recipient just moved into Friends home. I’m sure you have delivered there many times before. Well all delliveries are brought to a special building not to the individual resident. Because the delivery was on a weekend no one was around to take the flowers to her. She finally was able to find a security guard who let her into the building to retrieve the flowers. The flowers were delivered around 11:30 AM and she never got them until about 4 PM. If you knew about this procedure, I wish you would have notified me, and I would have changed the date of delivery. If you did not know about this, then it’s a good time to tell anybody who’s sending flowers to friends Home about their procedure!
